If, as an admin, you have added a user as a Watcher to a scan, but they cannot see the scan, it is likely that you have not yet created a User Group (Users -> User Groups) and populated it with permissions and membership (including the user in question):
- Login to AppCheck Portal at https://scanner.appcheck-ng.com
- Click Users
- Click User Groups
- If no user group already, click New User Group. If already have a user group, click the Edit (pencil icon) button to edit it
- Set the permissions you wish to grant the user
- Click Update
- Click into the user group from the user group list
- Search for the user and add them to the group
